Business Executive Job Description
Business Executive needed: We’re looking for a result-driven Sales personel with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in an Information Technology supply Company. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell Information Technology products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience in Sales of atleast 3 years
- Diploma or higher in Sale and Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Excellent Information Technology knowledge
- Strong passion for marketing and brand management
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using the ZPPA EGP system and various social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- A member of Zambia institute of Marketing.
- Valid Driving Licence
